Environmental problems reside in much of the lack of management -generated waste, which includes waste health. These are launched without selection in inappropriate areas, which helps to intensify the risks from this type of pollution. Situation that deserves mention is the disposal of medicines for chronic diseases of high prevalence and incidence, as in the case of diabetes, the clinical situation with increasing the number of insulin-dependent patients. This condition implies a consequent increase in the scale of production, use and disposal of both insulin analogues and analogues thereof as well as the population of industrial effluents. It is necessary to examine the existence of risk of environmental toxicity of these compounds, their structures or arising from the detachment of the zinc contained in the formulation. This work intends to verify these changes in vitro tests to obtain parameters that will assess future risk of industrial effluents emitted by these industries.
