This article presents the functionalities of the literacy application and the monitoring portal that is in the data collection stage and a solution for the resolution of the communication issue between both. For the development of this work, consultations were made in other articles. It is expected that at the end of the reading, the reader will understand basic concepts addressed and the importance of communication between disparate platforms.
