Cyber-physical system is a key element to implement application in Industry 4.0 context. This work propose an intelligent environment, based on an architecture and a set of mechanisms, able to orchestrate the interactions among software and physical agents in a high customized e flexible production processes. The main aspect of this environment architecture is providing high levels of autonomy to these agents.
