Mobile devices are adding more and more functions, increasing the
various usage options. Considering the concept of targeted marketing, the
proposal of ubiquitous computing and of context sensitive applications, this
paper proposes a software architecture that, through the user's location,
provides specific information about relevant places to it that are near. As a
case study, the work focused on the real estate market. The architecture is
composed of a client module, a server module and a notifications module.
