The Delphi method has been used since the 50s and is characterized
by obtaining solution to a given problem through consensus of a group of
experts with competence to deliver opinions. The Delphi method is used in many
areas of knowledge. Many researchers are entering in this research area, but
there is a big problem with the lack of specific tools the search can take a long.
There is a necessity of investment in technology in this area because these
searches take time to be held in several cycles, resulting in a large number of
data for analysis. The software Delfos has been proposed to meet this necessity
of researchers using the Delphi method in their researches, it will be free and
open source.
