Over the years the computer underwent an expansion that is not
being accompanied by the female audience or the young. The project
“Meninas e Jovens na Computação” carries out actions aimed at contributing
to include this population in the area of I.T, through events to integrate and
bring the community into the activities developed, in addition to encouraging
the permanence in the courses , also contributing to people discover your
interest by IT among these activities are the “Um dia no Info”, ”II Concurso
de Objetos de Aprendizagem”, among others. This paper presents the
development of these actions and results with them.
