Pasteurization is a process used to increase the lifespan of various
products. Thus, the equipment it has proposed to increase the commercial range
and diversification of local production, as well as adding value and ensure quality
of milk. Aimed at structuring a pasteurizer model for use in small dairy production,
the project envisions the easy construction, maintenance and handling; in addition
to seeking an affordable cost to small producers. This industrial plant model is
enhanced by a microcontroller embedded in order to automatically manage all
stages of the pasteurization process and ensure the quality of the final product in
accordance with current Brazilian standards, without the constant intervention of
an operator.
