This work presents a k-Means based algorithm to automatically estimate the number of clusters to compose a bag of visual words. As a complementary
contribution, we purpose consider the spacial information of the clusters to describe images. As expected results, we belive that the spacial information of the clusters can be relevant to describe images, as well as find the natural number of visual words.
