Abstract. The world has became highly digital. Today it is possible to send a message through a smartphone to someone in seconds. However, this technology that breaks borders has unconsciously created a new form of exclusion, digital exclusion, which affects a large part of the population, especially the elderly, because the age limitations, have some difficulty in dealing with technology. In order to expand the digital inclusion, this paper proposes the creation of a library of components for mobile devices that combines usability and accessibility concepts that can be easily integrated with the mobile application interfaces in development, making them easy to use for the elderly users.
