Abstract. This paper presents the report of an introductory course to the logic of programming through digital play games, that was offered to girls from 9 to 13 by the group Conectadas of the State University of Maringa´. The games used were those available on the website Hour of Code and, at the end of the course, the girls were asked to answer a questionnaire. The results showed that girls have little contact with this type of content in the school environment, but that they enjoyed the course and would participate in other similar activities.
