Abstract. This paper introduces a proposal for the management of a person’s blood pressure, in which the data collected by a prototype of a sphygmomanometer will be sent to a software through WiFi connection. Such data comprehend the values of diastolic and systolic blood pressure. The web system will allow the monitoring of the assessments by the patient and the health professional responsible for him, who will be able to check his patient remotely and thus recommend possible actions in case values are singular, allowing the disease to be treated according to the concepts of Home Care.
