Employee Attrition can be defined as the process by which employees
leave a company, for both personal or professional reasons.
In this work, several machine learning algorithms were sought
to predict possible Attritions in order to assist companies in the
management of their employees’ working conditions. The features
used were selected using specialized algorithms for detecting
the relevance and correlations between them. The results obtained
were generated through experiments using different input parameters.
