In a society inserted in the digital environment, where children
are exposed daily to different types of content, there is a need to
guide children, especially in relation to digital citizenship. In this
context, this work aims to develop a Learning Object (LO) that helps
discuss fake news and bubble filters in a playful way, encouraging
elementary school children to have a critical view on the topic.
To qualify whether this LO achieved its objective, two methods
of evaluation were used with the intention of verifying whether
the proposed LO fulfills its role in raising the target audience’s
awareness.
