The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of perfor-
mance and other academic variables on the trajectory of graduates
of the Computing undergraduate programs at Federal University
of Pampa. Considering this goal, a survey containing questions
about academic and professional trajectory, and sociodemographic
profile was constructed and applied to the graduates, as well as
a consultation of institutional data. An analysis of the impact of
academic variables (academic achievement, time to complete the
undergraduate program and number of hours in complementary
activities) on the education level (graduate, master and PhD), on
remuneration and on the graduates’ perception of satisfaction with
their area of expertise was conducted. It was not possible to indicate
whether there is a correlation between academic achievement and
the remuneration of graduates, as well as between the academic
achievement and the level of satisfaction with the graduates’ area
of expertise, because there was no statistical significance between
those variables. On the other hand, a weak positive correlation was
found between academic achievement and educational level and a
moderate negative correlation between the education level and the
time to complete the undergraduate program.
