ABSTRACT
This work evaluates sentiment and emotion analysis methods available
in the Orange Datamining tool. Responses were collected from
students of an introductory programming subject in the initial
stages of a university course. The methods presented are available
for analysis in Portuguese and English, with the English version of
the texts obtained by automatic translation languages. The results
show the potential of the Orange tool for analysis and discuss the
reliability of translating the texts into English.
