Abstract
The application of games in the classroom promotes a fun environment,
and when we associate educational concepts with games, we
awaken students’ interest through the challenges that the games
propose. In Computer Science, various theoretical concepts can be
applied in different projects using the Arduino. This article presents
the design and development of three game prototypes using the Arduino
platform: a memory game, an infinite runner-style game, and
a stacking game. The prototypes were evaluated by 59 high school
students, indicating a great acceptance of the games, entertaining
and motivating the students to study the concepts covered.
