ABSTRACT
This paper details the design and development of a bird
monitoring system, focusing on the study of bird breeding. The
project encompasses the entire development lifecycle:
selecting components, assembling the hardware, programming
the ESP32 microcontroller, and developing a web-based data
visualization interface. The methodology begins with
component selection, including the design of a custom
temperature sensor, as well as considerations for connectivity
and energy efficiency essential for remote deployments.
Programming the ESP32 involves configuring modules,
implementing time-stamped data logging, and optimizing for
low-power operation. The final phase focuses on creating a
user-friendly web interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
providing a seamless experience for data access and
visualization. This system offers a practical, end-to-end
solution for ecological monitoring, enabling researchers to
track environmental parameters in real-time and over
extended periods to support habitat preservation effort
