Resumo
This paper presents partial results from the development of a chatbot
designed to support students within an educational institution.
To evaluate the system under development, a survey was conducted
with 36 potential users to test and validate the proposed solution. Through
this initiative, the project aims not only to automate student
services but also to promote technological innovation in academic
management.
