ABSTRACT
This study aims to promote digital inclusion and promote empowerment indigenous women entrepreneurs through a practical workshop focused on leveraging technology to expand their businesses. The project was developed as part of an extension initiative, combining active learning methodologies with hands-on activities to make participants protagonists of their learning process. The workshop had a total duration of 40 hours, conducted over five days, with 20 women voluntarily participating in activities designed to teach essential digital skills. Each day addressed a specific topic, such as optimizing mobile devices, exploring communication tools, using social media (Facebook and Instagram), producing visual content, and planning future digital strategies. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the participants' digital skills, self-confidence, and motivation to use technology for business promotion. Qualitative feedback highlighted the positive impact of collaborative learning and the relevance of content tailored to their cultural and entrepreneurial contexts. By connecting traditional knowledge with modern technological tools, the project not only enhanced their capacity to engage with digital platforms but also valued and preserved their cultural identity.
