    LetraMania: Inovação Digital em Saúde e Educação Inclusiva para Pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA)

    This article presents LetraMania, a digital game developed to support the diagnosis, monitoring, and inclusion of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, especially SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education), the project seeks to integrate technological innovation and positive social impact. Using a Design Thinking approach, the team went through stages of immersion in therapeutic contexts, ideation, and prototyping, with validations among healthcare professionals. Utilizing Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles, the application aims to enhance accessibility and usability for both therapists and patients. During use, LetraMania collects behavioral data, allowing for qualitative and quantitative analyses that assist in clinical and educational strategies. Preliminary results highlight the solution’s potential as an interdisciplinary support tool, strengthening inclusive practices in health, education, and technology.
