This paper presents a systematic review of the literature, conducted following the PRISMA protocol, on data visualization techniques applied to wildfire monitoring using NOAA data. Based on the analysis of three selected studies, the main visualization approaches identified include interactive dashboards, geospatial maps, and alert systems. The findings highlight recurring challenges such as the integration of heterogeneous data, uncertainty communication, and the lack of usability evaluation. This study contributes by synthesizing the state of the art and proposing guidelines for developing more robust, accessible, and effective tools to support researchers, environmental managers, and communities in managing wildfire-related risks.
