The Adequa 3.0 expands the scope of the previous tool, version 2.0, by integrating diagnostics and document generation into a single platform. In addition to verifying potential non-conformities, the new version allows for the production of privacy policies and terms of use. This article presents a usability evaluation of the automated system designed to simplify compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The research uses objective metrics (success rate per task, execution time, errors) and subjective metrics (evaluations regarding ease of use, efficiency, and satisfaction), in accordance with international standards. Tests were conducted with real users, evaluating different stages of the system. Furthermore, the tests allowed for suggestions for future modifications and the identification of system problems to be solved. The study reinforces that compliance-oriented systems must align privacy requirements with operational clarity, preserving the user experience.
