The advancement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has driven a significant digital transformation within the Brazilian Judiciary, seeking to enhance efficiency, transparency, and the quality of public services. In this scenario, modernization initiatives are increasingly focused on meeting the growing demand for accessible and agile judicial support. This study aims to identify systems and innovations focused on user service and technical support in Brazilian courts through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research methodology adopted the PICO strategy to define the review protocol, with searches conducted across nine scientific databases covering the period from 2000 to 2024. The review resulted in a qualitative analysis of four eligible studies after the application of quality assessment criteria. The results indicate modernization initiatives in public institutions such as TCM-PA, TJ-TO, TCU, and STJ, highlighting the adoption of good management practices combined with the use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The findings suggest that, although digital transformation enhances efficiency and transparency, significant challenges remain regarding system usability, accessibility, and the need for staff training.
