    Data de publicação: 09/06/2026

Digital games have become important tools for inclusion, promoting learning and collaboration among people with different abilities. They are frequently used in education, especially for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who face difficulties in social communication and exhibit repetitive behaviors. The game "What Is It For?" was developed to assist with basic daily living activities, taking into account the sensory sensitivities of these children. Objective: This article aims to present the process of creating and evaluating a specific color palette for children with ASD, to be applied in the digital game "What Is It For?". Methodology: The methodology was divided into two stages: the conception of the color palette, based on a literature review regarding the influence of colors on the development of children with ASD, and the evaluation of the chosen palette, which includes contrast testing with a compliance verification tool and an analysis of the guidelines from the Accessibility Guide for Inclusion of Autistic Individuals (GAIA). Results: It is concluded that the development of a specific color palette for children with ASD provides a more accessible and inclusive learning experience, highlighting the importance of their sensory sensitivities in the digital context
