Low patient retention in psychomotor rehabilitation is a recurring challenge, due to the perception that the exercises are repetitive or painful. Robotics and gametherapy emerge as promising alternatives, allowing the adaptation of exercises to neuromotor conditions and stimulating motor, cognitive, and social functions. This work presents the development of ProReab, a robotic device that integrates electromechanical height and tilt adjustments, favoring the inclusion of bedridden patients or those with physical limitations. Furthermore, it utilizes low-cost materials to democratize access to rehabilitation. In addition, the device features a touchscreen and an embedded mini-computer with games for use in gametherapy. ProReab seeks to offer an accessible and effective solution, combining technological innovation with improved therapeutic adherence.
