At the moment, the Brazilian job market is undergoing significant transformations, with around 25 million people working autonomously, representing approximately 25% of the economically active population. Moreover, nearly 80% of the communication between service providers and clients still takes place informally (personal phone numbers, private conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or even word of mouth). Although traditional, this practice limits the professional reach and visibility of these individuals. In this context, the Ajudaê System emerges as a web platform designed to structure, organize, and optimize this interaction, aiming to expand professional visibility while offering clients a more efficient and secure digital environment. The project includes features such as filtered search (by location, service category, average ratings, and other criteria), an internal chat, a review system, and personalized dashboards, all enhancing the user experience. Thus, the initiative seeks to contribute to the digital inclusion of autonomous workers and improve the accessibility, safety, and transparency of the service hiring process, supporting technological integration into contemporary work dynamics.
