Emergency and urgent care services are present in various situations that occur in the daily life of a society, from providing assistance to guaranteeing the safety of citizens. Given this importance, the performance of agencies such as the Brazilian Fire Department (Corpo de Bombeiros), the Military Police (Polícia Militar), and the Mobile Emergency Medical Service – SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) – to which the scope of this project is limited – must be optimized and efficient. Thus, the idea arose to create a web-based system focused on centralizing and triaging incidents to public agencies. Through a concise form, the user will provide essential information that will allow the system to determine the correct agency to resolve the request, mitigating conflicts in emergency services that promote the unnecessary mobilization of vehicles and specialized teams, causing harm to the public system. The work aims to reduce inappropriate calls from the population, who face difficulties in identifying which emergency service to contact in an urgent/emergency situation, as well as assisting these agencies in organizing and responding to these calls.
