The paper aims to show the prototype of the development of an accessible educational application for Android and Web platforms, focused on teaching the basic concepts and techniques of crochet, covering different age groups and promoting skills for income generation and personal well-being. The research starts from the recognition that crochet, as a craft practice, has cultural, social and economic relevance, contributing to inclusion, preservation of traditions and cognitive development. Given the increased demand for manual activities during periods of instability, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and the potential of crochet as a source of income and emotional relief, the creation of an application that facilitates autonomous, accessible and safe learning is proposed, encouraging new skills and entrepreneurial opportunities.
