Anxiety crises often manifest abruptly and intensely, creating scenarios in which traditional mental health applications become ineffective due to complex interfaces, mandatory registrations, and cognitive overload. This paper presents a conceptual proposal for a digital game designed to provide immediate emotional support during acute anxiety episodes. The solution differentiates itself by eliminating onboarding friction, allowing instant access to a calming environment grounded in Calm Technology principles. The core mechanics adopt rhythm-based interaction not as musical synchronization, but as a subtle guide for controlled breathing, supported by minimalist visuals and gentle feedback loops. The system is structured into modular sensory components designed to restore physiological balance without demanding high cognitive effort. This proposal contributes to accessible emotional-regulation strategies and aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 – Good Health and WellBeing. Future stages will evaluate the prototype through systematic metrics, including heart rate variability and psychometric anxiety scales, to validate its efficacy as a safe and intuitive tool for moments of vulnerability.
