This work presents the development and validation of an interactive cyber-physical system aimed at stimulating bimanual motor coordination. The proposed solution digitizes a traditional manual board game in order to overcome limitations such as the absence of immediate feedback and the lack of progress metrics. The methodology was based on the prototyping of a cyber-physical system using ESP32 microcontrollers, the ESP-NOW protocol, and capacitive sensors, integrated into a gamified narrative. Experiments conducted with a convenience sample validated the prototype’s operation, achieving a 90% acceptance rate in terms of engagement. However, usability challenges related to tactile and visual feedback were identified and are discussed as guidelines for future work.
