This study applies Social Network Analysis (SNA) to explore the effectiveness of the Academic Mentoring program of the Meninas Digitais do Vale project, which aims to increase the participation and retention of women in the field of Computer Science. Using a bipartite graph model, we analyzed the interaction patterns between mentors, students, and guests through centrality metrics: degree, betweenness, and closeness. The results reveal the central role of mentors and key events in fostering connections and providing support, contributing to a sense of belonging and reducing dropout rates. This research offers insights into the relational dynamics of mentoring programs and proposes a model to evaluate their social impact.
