Applicability to WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks) are abundant, however, the projection and implementation of this is a signiï¬cant challenge. The reliability of the collected data dissemination and processing of information that will travel in a certain environment, it is essential to guarantee the delivery of packets to the correct recipients [Sousa 2009]. This work aims to establish a methodology for prototyping a device capable of measuring the signal strength in ZigBee transmissions, and for example, may assist in better projection and deployment of WSNs.
