Those who have deafness present difficulties that impair their social integration due to its linguistic gap (spoken and / or written) (BUFFA, 2002). The process of literacy of the deaf LIBRAS requires more attention because it is the basis of the formation of individuals who must purchase it as well as a first language. Thus, a methodological improvement in the search for ways to meet the cognitive and affective needs of the individual is necessary. We intend to develop an educational software to create a learning environment that prioritizes visual stimuli, because according to Philip (2007), the image can and should be present in materials and school spaces dedicated to deaf education.
