Saúde social e adaptação climática no contexto das cidades brasileiras

Diante dos desafios ambientais globais, a adaptação climática tornou-se uma prioridade. Em um contexto de persistente falha em reduzir as emissões de gases de efeito estufa e da necessidade de se considerar a interconexão das mudanças climáticas com outras preocupações sociais, ambientais e econômicas, as cidades, como centros de atividade econômica e social, têm um papel crucial nesse processo.
Em razão disso, este trabalho tem por objetivo geral analisar o protagonismo das cidades na busca pela adaptação climática, com especial atenção à análise do componente de bem-estar social e saúde social inserido nos planos climáticos avaliados.
