    AI, (mis)information and (dis)contextualization in journalism

    The article proposes, in an essayistic way, a reflection on the recent debates around the automated production of news carried out by artificial intelligence tools and platforms. Among the recent discussions on the defense of journalism carried out by human professionals, the basic concepts are being revised and stressed in the face of updates to journalistic productions. Among its foundations, contextualization has stood out as a basic element of the news that needs revisiting and, after definition, can be a step towards the differential of journalism produced by humans and by robots. Contributing to prevent the spread of future disinformation in a communicational scenario of informational disorder.
