Abstract. This work describes the development of a web application targeted at aiding the teaching and learning process of high school linear algebra. The development process is described. The application, named as AlgLin, was made available on the internet, providing a step by step execution of the basic linear algebra operations such as matrix sum and multiplication. An analysis of the personal development achieved by the students during the project development is provided, considering the teaching-learning process point of view (didactic process).
