RESUMO
This extended abstract presents perspectives on the Theory of Mind
applied to the recognition and intervention of occupational stress.
We expose our perspectives based on the conceptualization of intelligent
agents capable of (i) acquiring information to create models
for others’ mental attitudes; (ii) interacting with others to confirm
mental attitudes into their theory of mind; and (iii) controlling
others’ stress, intervening when it is necessary, using other’s mental
attitude model to create persuasive arguments.
