The growth of research and extension activities at Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais - Campus Leopoldina has increased the need for systems capable of ensuring security, traceability, and efficiency in user management and access control within the Laboratório de Iniciação Científica e Extensão da Computação (LINCE) . In this context, an intelligent system was developed integrating RFID, NFC, and QR Code technologies into digital identification cards, combined with the automated generation of temporary Wi-Fi authentication vouchers. The solution also includes an updated interface for the existing project management system, enhancing usability, clarity, and information organization. The development followed a structured software engineering approach, encompassing analysis of related systems, requirements elicitation, modeling, and initial implementation. Partial results include the definition of the system architecture, complete database modeling, and prototyping of the main interfaces. As a contribution, the proposed system aims to modernize physical and digital access control, strengthen institutional security, and improve support for research and extension activities.
O Computer on the Beach é um evento técnico-científico que visa reunir profissionais, pesquisadores e acadêmicos da área de Computação, a fim de discutir as tendências de pesquisa e mercado da computação em suas mais diversas áreas.
