Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) requires transparency through documents such as Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, yet software teams often rely on generic templates or manual drafting, which can lead to omissions and inconsistencies. This paper presents Adequa 3.0, an evolution of the Adequa system developed at CEFET-MG Campus Leopoldina, which integrates into a single workflow the diagnosis of potential LGPD non-compliance and the assisted generation of personalized legal documents. The solution uses parameterizable, versioned templates with typed fields and validations, balancing standardization and contextual customization while preserving history and traceability between user inputs and generated outputs. Adequa 3.0 aims to reduce documentation effort and support the operationalization of Privacy by Design throughout the software life cycle.
