Deploying quality software processes is not an easy work. Even adopting software quality standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI and MPS.BR, and supported by expert consulting, many organizations have difficulties to understand, define and appropriately apply the desired software processes. Tool support is fundamental for this purpose. This paper presents GPP-Pro, a prototype to assist the deployment of Project Portfolio Management processes, from definition to institutionalization.
