Through the application of two separate methodologies: long-term marginal cost and the contingent evaluation method, this article aims to present the values of tariffs to be charged in the Projeto de Reuso de Água do Distrito Industrial de Fortaleza (Water recycling Project of the Industrial district of Fortaleza). The values found were established for all the alternatives to the system. Alternatives 1 and 3 were the only ones which obtained a cost per m3 that was close to the values practiced in other major systems, as well as the values that users are willing to pay, which confirms that the results shown are in accordance with the interests of users of the project, given that the tariff falls within the amount allocated in their industrial costs.
