    AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO DE REDES HORIZONTAIS DE EMPRESAS: UM ESTUDO EXPLORATÓRIO

    This study departs from the verification that the management of cooperation is a significant lack in the studies of enterprise networks. The performance evaluation of enterprise networks is an aspect few explored and comprehended, given the characteristics and the complexity of those arrangements. This article shows a study whose objective was to identify relevant aspects which can compose a model for performance evaluation of enterprise networks. In depth interviews were carried out with academics, consultants, network managers and entrepreneurs that participate in networks. All were selected because of their potential to contribute to the study. We identified a set of dimensions for performance evaluation that highlight two units of analysis: the network in itself and the participant enterprises.
