Objetivo: Analizar la complejidad del bienestar subjetivo en estudiantes universitarios, identificando los principales factores que lo influyen.
Diseño/Metodología/Aproximación: Basándose en el modelo teórico-metodológico de Diener como fundamento, esta investigación explora múltiples dimensiones del bienestar, como la satisfacción con la vida y la participación académica.
Resultados: Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los estudiantes están satisfechos con sus vidas actuales, pero tienen reservas con respecto a decisiones y trayectorias pasadas. Estos hallazgos pueden ayudar a los administradores académicos en sus acciones y planificaciones relacionadas con el bienestar subjetivo de sus estudiantes.
Limitaciones/Implicaciones: El estudio sugiere que comprender estos elementos puede ayudar a las instituciones académicas a crear entornos más propicios tanto para el éxito académico como para el bienestar emocional de los estudiantes.
Originalidad/Valor: Énfasis en Dimensiones Específicas del Bienestar Subjetivo. Al analizar dimensiones específicas del bienestar subjetivo, como la satisfacción con las condiciones de vida y la disposición a revivir la vida, la investigación ofrece un enfoque detallado y pormenorizado.
