    Antecedentes e Consequentes da Confiança dos Consumidores no Turismo Eletrônico

    Objetivo – Objetivou-se, nesta pesquisa, analisar diferentes fatores que influenciam a participação dos consumidores no turismo eletrônico, seja adquirindo ou recomendando produtos turísticos de forma online.

    Desenho/metodologia/abordagem – O estudo caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa Survey, aplicada a uma amostra de 251 membros de grupos de turismo na internet, cujo modelo proposto foi testado através da técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais.

    Resultados – Os resultados apontaram que a confiança é um importante preditor da intenção de compra e da recomendação de sites de turismo eletrônico, embora esta última relação seja menos intensa.

    Implicações práticas – Como importantes antecedentes da confiança, as quatro variáveis testadas foram confirmadas, destacando-se, nesta ordem: a reputação do site, a experiência de compra do consumidor, a qualidade da informação presente no site e a qualidade dos produtos turísticos ofertados.

    Originalidade/valor – As descobertas aqui obtidas aprofundam a compreensão acerca das atitudes do consumidor de serviços de turismo online, servindo de referência para gestores e pesquisadores interessados nessa temática.

    Limitações da pesquisa – Os achados do estudo são limitados pela amostra, composta por pessoas que pertenciam a grupos de viagens nas redes sociais, além do desenho transversal da coleta dos dados.

Turismo: Visão e Ação

A Turismo: Visão e Ação vinculado ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Turismo e Hotelaria - Mestrado e Doutorado, é um periódico científico de publicação no sistema de fluxo contínuo, interdisciplinar e de alcance internacional, classificada, segundo os critérios Qualis/CAPES (2017-2020), como 'A3' na área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo. Registrada no ISSN sob o número 1983-7151, a Turismo: Visão e Ação iniciou suas atividades em 1998 com publicações impressas, nas versões inglês e português. Em 2008, transformou-se em publicação On-Line, com alcance maior do público interessado, mantendo como política de ser um periódico de acesso aberto e sem cobranças de taxas de submissão e acesso aos artigos. A Turismo: Visão e Ação (TVA) possui como título abreviado do periódico Tur., Visão e Ação, usado em bibliografias, notas de rodapé, referências e legendas bibliográficas.
