Digital Interventions in Mental Health (DHMI) is a recent topic with the potential to have a wide-ranging and low-cost impact on health. This study aimed to analyze, through literature, potentialities and limitations in the implementation of DHMI. This integrative review analyzed 82 articles taken from the Pubmed database between the years 2021 and 2023. The results indicate that the profile of the productions characterizes pilot studies aimed at testing digital tools. Methodological limitations were identified related to the small number of samples, short data collection periods, low engagement, and various problems in the methods and technologies used. A good practice ratings was created to guide future work. It is concluded that the works give visibility to the relevance of these interventions, however, there is still incipience regarding the methodological parameters capable of offering results supported by evidence. Successful implementations of DMHIs in clinical practice in addition to efficient technologies require time, professional involvement and methods structured in scientific rigo
