    Segmentación de Mercado en Festivales Turísticos: Perspectivas de Identidad Social y Cultural

    Los festivales culturales han surgido como catalizadores del turismo, influyendo profundamente en la formación y expresión de identidades culturales y sociales. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y analizar segmentos de visitantes con un enfoque en la apreciación de las identidades culturales y sociales durante el Festival Festitália 2023, celebrado en Blumenau (SC). Utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo, se recopilaron datos a través de una encuesta con una muestra de 471 participantes. Mediante el análisis de conglomerados, se identificaron tres segmentos de visitantes: "Los Escépticos", que mantienen una perspectiva crítica sobre el impacto cultural del festival; "Los Optimistas Culturales", que evalúan positivamente el evento; y "Los Defensores Apasionados", que muestran una profunda apreciación tanto por el festival como por su influencia en la cultura y sociedad local. Las ideas reveladas en este estudio aportan valiosas contribuciones a los gestores de eventos, respaldando decisiones relacionadas con la evaluación de aspectos específicos del festival. No obstante, es esencial reconocer las limitaciones de la investigación, dada su concentración en un evento específico y la naturaleza exploratoria de la muestra.

La revista Turismo: Visão e Ação, vinculada al Programa de Posgrado en Turismo y Hotelería - Maestría y Doctorado, es una publicación científica en un sistema de flujo continuo, interdisciplinario y de alcance internacional. Según los criterios Qualis/CAPES (2017-2020), está clasificada como 'A3' en el área de Administración, Ciencias Contables y Turismo. Registrada con el ISSN número 1983-7151, Turismo: Visión y Acción comenzó sus actividades en 1998 con publicaciones impresas en inglés y portugués. En 2008, se transformó en una publicación en línea, con un alcance más amplio hacia el público interesado, manteniendo una política de ser una revista de acceso abierto y sin cobro de tarifas por presentación o acceso a los artículos. Turismo: Visão e Ação (TVA) se abrevia como Tur., Visão e Ação, utilizado en bibliografías, notas a pie de página, referencias y leyendas bibliográficas.
