    Potencialidades e limitações na implementação de intervenções digitais em Saúde Mental

    Intervenções Digitais em Saúde Mental (DHMI) é um tema recente e com potencial de impacto de amplo alcance e baixo custo na saúde. Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar, por meio da literatura, potencialidades e limitações na implementação de DHMI. Esta revisão integrativa analisou 82 artigos retirados do banco de dados da Pubmed entre os anos de 2021 a 2023. Os resultados indicam que o perfil das produções caracteriza estudos pilotos com objetivo de testagem de ferramentas digitais. Identificou-se limitações metodológicas relacionadas ao número pequeno amostras, períodos curtos de coleta de dados, baixo engajamento, problemas variados nos métodos e tecnologias empregadas. Um critério de boas práticas foi criado para orientar trabalhos futuros. Conclui-se que os trabalhos dão visibilidade a relevância destas intervenções, contudo, ainda há incipiência quanto aos parâmetros metodológicos capazes de oferecer resultados com respaldo em evidências. Implementações bem sucedidas de DHMI na prática clínica além de tecnologias eficientes exigem tempo, envolvimento profissional e métodos estruturados no rigor científico.

A Revista Brasileira de Tecnologias Sociais é uma publicação Qualis B1, de acordo com a classificação Qualis Periódicos CAPES 2017-2020.

A Revista Brasileira de Tecnologias Sociais tem por objetivo disseminar o conhecimento científico por meio de uma publicação semestral, que se caracteriza pelo teor multitemático e interdisciplinar voltado, preferencialmente, à divulgação de trabalhos desenvolvidos pelos Mestrados Profissionais do país, em forma de produtos ou processos que possam ser caracterizados como Tecnologias Sociais. Atualmente os editores são os professores Carlos Roberto Praxedes dos Santos (Gestão de Políticas Públicas) e Graziela Liebel (Saúde e Gestão do Trabalho).
