    Organizational aspects of teaching practice in Physical Education in Icoense schools in the beginning of the 1990's

    The objective of this study was to understand the organizational aspects of the teaching practice of Physical Education in icoenses schools, in the beginning of the 1990s. For this, a research with a qualitative approach was carried out, with an approximation of the historiographical perspective of the history of the present, using of hybrid oral history. The written documentary sources used were the educational guidelines from the early years of the 1990s and the oral sources came from the reports of one male teacher and three female teachers who taught the mentioned discipline at that time, at Colégio Senhor do Bonfim and Escola Ana Vieira Pinheiro in the municipality of Icó, state of Ceará, Brazil. The main findings were that there was an offer of Physical Education practice both in the shift in which the student was regularly matriculated, and in the after shift, and the classes were formed in a mixed way and by grade, although, at the time of practice, there was a separation of the class by sex to carry out the activities.
