This article reflects on the human quest in times of artificial intelligence and digitalization, brought to life by the theoretical and ambitious contributions of Italian philosopher and jurist Giorgio Agamben, based on some of his works. The objective is to consider the risks and dangers faced by the virtualization of human relationships promoted by social networks, the world platform, and human and social relationships at the technological frontier, in a journey marked by the emergence of Artificial Intelligence. The central concepts that structure the text are: device, language, state of exception, new life, concentration camp, some of which are concepts mobilized throughout the analysis. The philosophical orientation that guides the research is articulated with Agambenian archeogenealogy, with the philosophical strategy of constituting an ontology of the present that allows us to understand paradoxical and contradictory aspects of ourselves, as we are inserted in the contemporary world.
