OS FUNDAMENTOS BÍBLICOS DA SEPARAÇÃO DE PODERES E O PAPEL CATALISADOR DO JUIZ

Contextualização: Este artigo afirma que. De fato, baseado em uma reconstrução conceitual da noção de "separação de poderes", este trabalho defende a tese de que as Escrituras atribuem aos juízes a função de incentivar as autoridades políticas a se comportarem de forma virtuosa a fim de proteger os direitos e interesses dos indivíduos.
Objetivo: o objetivo é sustentar que a Bíblia fundamenta o princípio da separação de poderes e atribui aos juízes a função de incentivar as autoridades políticas a se comportarem de forma virtuosa, a fim de proteger os direitos e interesses do povo.
Método: O artigo utiliza um método dedutivo para reconstruir a noção de "separação de poderes" a partir das Escrituras, discutindo as concepções de separação de poderes e analisando exemplos bíblicos que sustentam essa tese.
Resultados: As conclusões apresentadas neste artigo são relevantes para apoiar uma concepção que incentiva os juízes a desempenhar um papel catalisador, para que as autoridades políticas protejam efetivamente os direitos e interesses das pessoas através da criação de leis e da formulação de políticas públicas.
